Inspire.Create.Challenge #223 | Use Up Your Scraps

 

Good morning and welcome to another Challenge!  Challenge #223 is all about 'Using Up Your Scraps'!!!

When I first started cardmaking, all those many years ago, I used to keep every single scrap of card and DSP, just in case it was needed at a later date!  I soon realised that this led to piles, packets, pots etc all over the place so I am not quite so strict nowadays but there are often occasions, when making a project, that I find myself with a pile of offcuts and just sometimes they are too good to throw away and lead to another project.  These are the scraps we want you to create with.  So with your next project, keep your scraps and see what you can come up with!

Challenge #222 caused a lot of head scratching and for that I apologise, I love the idea of messages hidden away from view which then suddenly appear but I know it was a struggle!  We did see some great ideas though and this week's winner is ....

Inspire.Create.Challenge #222 | Hidden Message

 

Good morning everyone and welcome to Challenge #222 - Hidden Message.  This one has raised some questions so I thought I would explain!

Hidden Message - somewhere on or in the card there should be a hidden message, this could be in a pocket, a fold, a frame, whatever you wish.  I explained it as 'don't overthink it, as long as the message/greeting is not visible on the first look'.  Be as creative as you wish and we cannot wait to see what you come up with.
